The modern rooms at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upelehu offer Hawaiian-inspired décor with views of the resort grounds or the Pacific Ocean. Free toiletries and a work desk are also included. It was truly the most magical place, from the driveway to the entrance to the rest of the hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful without being too much. It was big however the service felt intimate. One of the most incredible places I have ever stayed.

My husband and I loved the spacious two-bedroom first-floor apartment with a patio that opened up to a lawn with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The resort has a nice grocery store, restaurants, great snorkeling, all sorts of birds and tropical fish, great sunset views, a nice pool/jacuzzi club house. A special word of thanks is due to the concierge (Marvellee), who checked in with us daily for anything we needed and was very accommodating. Mauna Lani really exceeded our expectations.

The property also features outdoor swimming pools and whirlpools as well as barbecue facilities. I liked everything very much and I want to return to this place. It rarely happens that reality turns out to be better than the photos on the website. Very cozy and clean villa. The kitchen had everything you need and even more. Excellent location - next to a private beach and a grocery store. There is a restaurant on the beach. The villa is on a closed and beautiful territory.

Beach: The beach was great. Plenty of seating, very easy to rent equipment to go do several things. The 1 hour free snorkeling includes each day was a great hit for us. Swam with several turtles. The reef isn't necessarily the most colorfull and lively we've ever seen, but definitely still very beautiful to look at. We're a bit adventurous, so we wanted to rent paddle bords, kayaks and surf boards to go out off the cove with, but that wasn't allowed without a guide. They could be utilised inside the cove. Room: The room was very nice. Bathroom was great and there was a lot of closet space. The TV was an older model, so it wasn't possible to stream anything or cast to it, which didn't bother us, but definitely is notable if that is a requirement. Food: We mainly ate at the breakfast buffet, which was quite varied. Enjoyed the fact that you could get freshly made omelets by a chef every morning. Ate dinner at Browns looking at the sunset. The food was great and can definitely recommend that. The purple Ube bread, that they served was a highligt and the service was super good
