I was visiting Toronto for Beyoncé Concert the staff was very friendly and helpful i truly enjoyed my stay.

Staff went above and beyond. Very friends, fulfilled all our requests - extra water kettle, bathrobes, coffee pods, etc. HK and Front Office staff very efficient and friendly.
