Was captivated by the sheer size of the building from the outside while the hotel lobby with all its amazing historical pictorial murals and pictures and ground floor shopping areas were a nice tribute to the hotel as well.
The swimming pool and gym were great as well.
Loved our room, very spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was exceptional. Service was great everywhere, from the entrance, registration, elevators, car garage...it was all wonderful.
The position, but the bad is very cheap the cleaning Avery 3 days is not good enough for the money I pay the tv was a pain WiFi not working ,
The kitchen was just minimum, the main think like the bed the mattress

\We were loyal customers of the former Marriott and were very disappointed that they closed. Seda (part of Ayala Group) took over the hotel under their name. The renovations have not been extensive, so happily surprised that the hotel has retained its character. Seda has done an excellent job. Location wise, you can't beat this place either, with direct access to Ayala. We will be back.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist even guided me on how to register the sim card and offer to top-up my sim card. The security also was very friendly and helped me to call my guide.

AC is very cold and easy to control temperature. Breakfast is basic, staff helpful. One of the few hotels that have room that can accommodate 3 persons.
I've been to a few hotels in Cebu, and I must say they have the BEST breakfast to offer. There's a lot of option to choose and my parents love it. The staffs are accommodating and very helpful as well.
