I love the courtyard hotels. Clean, beds are comfortable, great amenities, fast elevators and close to everything (including the highway). FIt’s off a main road but it’s secluded and quiet.

Politeness and helpfulness of staff i.e Bryan on reception and Gladys on bar and restaurant. They were both exceptional and deserve to be recognized. Hotel was lovely, beds were super comfy, clean and hotel was well situated.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We got food from the lobby and it was ok. Not really worth the price paid for it. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. We would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Jax port.
