“We booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. The receptionist told us were the pool was situated when we asked. We went to our room got changed went to the pool area to find it was a building site "being renovated " very dishonest & disappointing. I am a very unhappy customer. Shame on you & Marriott!”
“The front desk was very personable as well as swift, and the room was much nicer than I expected. Marriott Courtyard is a decent chain but I was especially impressed - extra props for big bathroom and a fridge! Oh, and noon checkout!”
