The thing that stood most out was the 24 hour availability of prepared coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and cold water in the lobby. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and if you need something for cooking (or using their outdoor barbecues) you can borrow in the reception. Also there is some nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel (went to Bahama Breeze and Pho 16 twice). You can also walt to the outlet mall (sometimes easier than driving and hunting for parking there). There was also a nice bar between the lobby and pool area (open to both sides), that looked nice even though we didn't get the chance to try it out

The ubication is perfect to go to all places, excellent breakfast, the cleaning in the room and all places in the hotel was good. The staff very kind. I love this hotel. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable. The kitchen into the room is a hit!

The grounds of hotel were immaculate and just beautiful ,cleanliness excellent everywhere. Staff go above and beyond for you. Beds amazing! Lots of activities-.Rooms equipped with all you need and more. A fantastic resort would highly recommend!the best place I've ever stayed!!!
