Brand new hotel with a beautiful design and great attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time — including our dog (they even have an adorable dog menu!) and friends visiting with young children, who were given activity books and colored pencils. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely attentive and careful with my food allergies. Everyone was kind and welcoming, with a special thank you to Lynn and Ethan for making our Christmas stay feel so warm and special.

Courtyard by Marriott London City Airport features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in London. ExCel London is less than 2 km away from the hotel. This was a short night in the hotel before an early flight. A perfect location just a few minutes walk from the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant were good. The receptionist was very efficient for early check-out. All in all just as hoped.

Everything was excellent! The rooms were outstanding—very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional and incredibly helpful. Despite the late hour, we managed to order a fantastic chicken and rice dish at the restaurant. The breakfasts were delicious. Although the minibar in the room was empty, the little shop downstairs made up for it. We will definitely be back!

Amazing breakfast, big size room with everything what needed. Very comfortable bed. Zoe and Anastaciia on Reception are very polite and professional, score 10 of 10 for hotel and staff.
