Centrally located in Bandung City, Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago is just 650 metres from shopping at Kartika Sari Dago and Jalan Riau. This hotel is the best. Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!

JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is located in the city's prominent Mega Kuningan business district and a short walk to the shopping centres. Was happy with the service and my stay.

Set in the heart of business and shopping district of Surabaya, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya offer a luxurious 5-star accommodation, with exquisite European décor, outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Breakfast was great. Room was fantastic. For this specific trip, my request to have my granddaughter's 4th birthday decoration in the room prior to our arrival was amazingly done! Everything was perfect! 🤩
