Don’t skip it!!! Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. Best place in town!

Set in the heart of business and shopping district of Surabaya, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya offer a luxurious 5-star accommodation, with exquisite European décor, outdoor pool and a fitness centre. This was my last vacation of last year/beginning of this year and I just wanted to relax, this was the perfect hotel for that. I requested for a high-floor quiet room and they gave me the same. The location is in the heart of the city so everything is pretty easily accessible. There is a huge mall in walking distance, numerous restaurants. The staff are excellent especially at breakfast- Wachit, Agung, Indah, and Lidya were so wonderful and accommodating. They have like a hundred different items for breakfast, I stayed for so many days and still couldn’t try everything. I’m definitely 10lbs heavier. What a great stay.
