We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Penang Marriott Hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety, and the bar was a great place to unwind. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The facilities were impressive. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and steam room. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to eateries, malls, and Gurney Park. In-room dining exceeded our expectations. Room service was top-notch, and the turn-down service was a lovely touch. We also had the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and thoroughly enjoyed it. A special mention to the team for decorating the room for my wife’s birthday and surprising us with a cake. Such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, a flawless experience and truly deserving of a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.
