I like the Marriott hotel but this visit was not up to my expectations. The room I booked was a delux twin room on the low floor and I was given a king size bed on the 10th floor. I was not happy. Also I felt the room we were given looked ‘ tired’ and could do with some updating in the bathroom. Also the towels had ‘seen better days’ not up to the standard of the Marriot.
