The Marriott Louisville is 17 minutes’ drive to the University of Louisville campus and is 14 miles away from Churchill Downs. Free WiFi and an indoor swimming pool are featured throughout this hotel that is situated at the beginning of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also booked a small event room for our New Year’s party, and the banquet staff were all so lovely and helpful. Additionally, we were upgraded to a larger space, due to construction on the second floor. It was a lovely, lovely evening :)

A gym and indoor pool is part of the facilities at Louisville Marriott Downtown. Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered. Are room had an amazing view. Ontop the view the location was so great. Beings we had to use a parking garage. We were able to leave our car park the whole time, because everything was so close we could just walk. The other thing that was great was the Skywalk to the Louisville convention center. We came into town for unicorn world, which was at the convention center. We also went to the ballet, which we just got an Uber for that. So, I didn't halfa spend any extra money on parking beings. Louisville charges for parking for most places you park within the downtown area. The room was super clean. They give us access to the M club, which provided all the drinks we needed. as well as breakfast from 6-11 and 5-8 appetizers like chicken wings & other finger foods. Just amazing hotel all around. Literally, everything you need is within walking distance or inside the hotel itself. Yeah, it was close to 400 for two nights, but it was totally worth it. We will definitely be staying here again! I loved the complimentary espresso machine instead of the M club.

The spacious guestrooms at Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East feature a work desk and coffee maker. Select rooms include a sofa bed. Even though breakfast was included in our stay, we did not take advantage of it. But our room, the proximity of all the local stores, restaurants (within walking distance if you choose to do so) and highway was a major plus. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. I’m almost certain we will only stay at the Courtyard for all future visits.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport is located in Louisville, within 7.8 km of Louisville Mega Cavern and 8 km of Louisville Zoo. This 3-star hotel offers free shuttle service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 6.7 km from Kentucky Exposition Center. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were too light and we had to get extras plus we brought a couple of our own as well. The room was spacious and so nice. It’s unique to other hotels/suites and we have decided that this hotel is in our top 3 for future stays. We love the location of it too. It’s located within 10-20 minutes of everything we like to do in Louisville.
