The check in attendant was so kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The room was clean and we were sad to leave. I’m staying at a holiday inn suite in Altus OK and I can assure you that Marriott is WAYYYYYYYY better than any igh hotel I have had to stay at.

I didn't have breakfast during this stay but know that they are great also. I can't say enough about the reception staff, they are so friendly and welcoming and actually treat you like a friend! Highly recommend!

The location was great and family told me it was one of the new hotels that were open in the area. It had been open for maybe 2 years.
I liked 4th floor registration. I like the design of the area. It was clean and comfortable. The eating in the balcony area was very nice in the evening. The location is great.
Service from the clerk at cash register was poor. Clerk appeared to be in a bad mood that morning. The cook was not customer service friendly and tossed the food onto the plate.
Nothing, the whole experience was unacceptable from the registrar to being told the handicap room I had booked for my party was given to another party. The registrar and manager were unwilling to assist in helping us find a local hotel with a rollin/walking shower.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Westin hotels always have a nice smell. Close proximity to the airport and many restaurants.
My stay was brief but like other times, always super pleasant. The property is very clean, the amenities are a bonus with access to an ATM in the lobby, snacks beers drinks you can charge to your room. The bistro is very convenient for breakfast and dinner. My favorite thing about courtyard Marriott especially this location is their rooms ie beds. Buttery soft and comfortable. Never have an issue with noise and they have a small pool that is located in the courtyard .
I recently stayed at the Westin Dallas Park Hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained. The location is convenient with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
It took forever to be greeted and check in. A girl was at the desk when 3 of us walked in and immediately went in the back. No one came out for several minutes. Then a man came out who was still getting ready for work. She kept telling him she needed to go. They had to turn over the register. Why that girl could not have checked us in first, I will never know. But she def ran out of the room when we came in because she met my eyes and then booked it. The man was pleasant and nice, but it was just very slow.
it was amazing! SpringHill suites by Marriott is an amazing hotel! it was in a good neighborhood and the hotel just felt like home. I love the simple and classy design and the spacious room. I had a junior suite and it was such a lovely stay! The breakfast is very good and changes daily! Staff is very friendly!
We had the best time in Dallas, and staying in Springhill Suites/Marriott was great and convenient. The staff were friendly and courteous, Courtney the bartender was awesome, we stayed there a week and had drinks every night and was graced by her pleasant company. The receptionist on duty were accommodating with all our requests. I would recommend staying there if visiting Dallas.
