What I love about Marriott , it’s always reliable and consistent experience . The check in person did a great job getting me a quiet room ! I had to change from king to 2 Qs, but I was totally up for that !

Delta cancelled our flight. Bookings.com would not allow for adjustments of dates. You kept our first nights stay because we didnt alter our stay prohibited by Bookings.com. Awful treatment(aside from Andrew at reservation desk) and lack of communication on both parties.
Everyone was so friendly. They registered us early and called when our rooms were ready. They gave us water when we checked out. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, service wise. Amazing.
I have stayed at this property when it was Westin..it is way better now. Beautiful room, lots of amenities. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Very helpful. Top notch!! The location can not be beat! Close to everything. Walk everywhere, right on mallory Square,  can watch the sunset from your balcony, and has parking garage!
Loved the location. Loved the service and friendliness from registration staff. The lady who checked us in helped us book our scooter and excursions and gave us restaurant suggestions, very helpful and convenient. Room was a great size for 2. Loved the privacy back patio with microwave, fridge and coffee maker.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. it is very beautiful outside on the property. the bungalows themselves are a little old, but we were not looking for a Marriott room as we wanted to go out and have adventures so the room was perfect.
the room with a view was beautiful. the grounds were well kept. the registration was easy and staff were exceptional. Snooks bar next door had excellent food. the sunset was amazing.
