As I arrived after shops were closed, I thought I would be able to get breakfast delivered to my room in accordance with the motel information. Sadly, this was not the case as there was a supplier issue.

The location is perfect if you will stay just for a night or two, very central and close to main activities, also not too far from the airport. Breakfast was average, but had everything you would expect/need. People were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

On Aukland main Street and walking distance to the city center and the harbour. The room is quite new and bathroom very modern designed. The staff are also nice and helpful. The welcome and staff were excellent, the room was spacious, attractive, and very comfortable. Beautifully designed, and everything was just right. It was the first time we have stayed at a Mercure hotel, but certainly won't be the last. The bathroom was exceptionally good, with really lovely toiletries. Everything was immaculate, and beautifully fitted out.
