Hotel Mercure Chartres Cathedrale is located at the heart of Chartres, overlooking the cathedral and market. It has air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi access. Great location, near the heart of Chartres. Three minutes walk from the Cathedral. Check in staff were amazing - all very helpful! The room is very clean, functional and a reasonable size. Breakfast was standard hotel fare - all fresh, plentiful (and great coffee!) Hotel offers discount parking at nearby carpark (even though it's a little complicated to sort out the pre-booking process and carpark ticketing system (the carpark attendants were very helpful!) Parking out the front of the hotel to drop off/collect bags is an added bonus!

The Mercure Tours Centre is ideally located in Tours city centre, just a 5-minute walk from the Tours Train Station, the Vinci Congress Centre and the Tourist Office. Staff were great, especially the receptionist.

Mercure Orléans Portes de Sologne is set within an international golf course, 10 km south of Orleans. Super pet friendly stay! It is in a lovely quiet place with easy access to the motorway, highly recommended. My dog and I felt very welcome and comfortable.
