We arrived just before midnight and the staff were present for helping us with the check-in. The room was good and the staff were nice. The view from the room was great too. The bust stop is right in front of the hotel and a tube station is also within walking distance.

This hotel is stylish, cozy, and comfortable. The room was small but very efficient and decorated in a fun, modern way. Bed was great, and I appreciated the fridge! The staff were really great, friendly, and helpful, and brought me a little bottle of prosecco when I told them it was my birthday. The location is quiet, and steps away from the Tate Modern. St. Paul's Cathedral is about a 15-minute walk away over the Millenium Bridge. There's a little M&S Simply Food across the street.

Good location. 1 min walk from Paddington train and tube station. That’s where positives end.
We refused to stay in this hotel cause of the unsanitary conditions and they moved us to Mercure Hyde park hotel, which was a much better hotel

It was our anniversary and Mercure Hyde Park made our room extra special with strawberries, chocolates, procescco, fancy swans and a room upgrade! It was a lovely welcomed surprise, which was a lovely touch for our anniversary and we couldn't fault it! We will be returning in the future!
