AustraliaAbsolutely everything possible. The lady (couple) who owns it was so extremely helpful in all ways. From responding to my query in email quickly about needing ground floor unit as I have to use a walker. To explaining about a festival in town that day. even going as far as giving me a number in case need anything as they were going to festival. All staff were extremely friendly. polite and very helpful. Room was very clean, well maintained with a lot of room to move. Lovely very hot water with really good pressure was nice change. Lovely and quiet motel on main street. Hoping to get back again soon and stay longer.

The customer service was amazing the owner of the hotel she was so lovely and welcoming. The hotel was on the same street as the main mall so it was a walking and driving distance to the main mall area.
