AustraliaThe location was amazing. So close to the ferry for Stradbroke and right up the road to the restaurants and supermarkets. We had booked a room via this website for a twin, but turns out it was actually a queen. The receptionist was super helpful and shuffled other rooms around to accommodate us. We also wanted to book an additional night for our gear while we were on the island and she sorted it for us ASAP. When we couldnt make it back in time to grab out stuff before checkout, they kindly brought our stuff down to reception and stored our cold food in their fridge. This is next level service and we would definitely stay there again.

It’s well built, modern and well equipped for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Parking is easy and there is a nice pool for summer cool off. It’s close to a rail line which may be relevant but we enjoyed the occasional clatter of a passing train. I didn't hear the people in the room next to me, which is a huge plus as this can be an issue in motels.
