The Safari tent is very beautiful and right in front of the playground. The heater works well. The bed is comfy. All utensils in the kitchen are clean and useful. The bbq stove is exceed my expectation.

The Tropicana Motor Inn is located on Phillip Island, just 984 feet from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops.

Fantastic smaller Motel, super friendly helpful young man at checkin. Older but super clean with kitchenette, immaculate rooms and grounds here…Definitely pride in ownership taken!!!!

The room was large, and clean, with good heating and TV. (Room 15), the bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, and it was a good size with a good shower.
