great location to quickly walk downtown. Accommodations are on the simpler side, but beat our expectations. Room is a bit odd-shaped, but it was nice. Free parking. Front desk help was great and gave a couple tips on what to do in the 24 hours we were in Yamba.

This is THE CLEANEST and most home-like MOTEL or HOTEL I have ever stayed at. Absolutely spotless!! Slept like a baby on a comfy bed, and with ice cold air conditioning. Very quiet area too.
