The location was good, just near the bridge that goes to Phillip Island and about 20mins away to the Penguin Parade. Loved the fact that the beds came with heated blankets, very useful during the cold night I was there. Room is very spacious and you can just park your car in front of your room. Amazing Fish & Chips at their restaurant!

Love the place ❤️ and the excellent customer service from lady Nanda . Very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort /accommodation if you are looking for a place to stay @ cowes in Phillip island. The room is super clean and huge. Very comfy beds. Has access to beach ⛱️

Fantastic smaller Motel, super friendly helpful young man at checkin. Older but super clean with kitchenette, immaculate rooms and grounds here…Definitely pride in ownership taken!!!!
