The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, really beautiful and clean. The staff were really friendly. There's a self check-in by the entrance, but one of the staff members was by the door ready to welcome us even though we arrived at 1 am. The hotel lobby and rooms smell amazing. Clean, white sheets and towels. There's a ramen bar at the lobby and a coffee machine in the room. Although we didn't use them, it was a great option to have.
