Bed was comfy, the room was sound proof, so we had a good night sleep. Spa bath was good, balcony was a nice touch.

Basic budget accommodation. Spacious, very clean , comfortable and convenient for our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean with ample soft towels and soap and shampoo. Dereck and Katrina were absolutely amazing hosts.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always super helpful , friendly and welcoming. Location, room and bathroom. close to the beaches and the best shopping centre. Not too crowded. We asked for an extra rollaway to accommodate an 11yr old who did not wan to go home and were pleasantly provided with a comfortable bed by staff with a pleasant attitude..

The plain exterior of the accommodation made its impressively plush interior unexpected. We had everything we desired for a very comfortable stay and Ted took the trouble to ring before our actual arrival in Auckland and ensure that we could gain entry to our suite at a late hour without any problems. Some nice snack treats were also very welcome when we tottered in wearily after our flight from Australia. Having stayed in Takapuna previously, we once again appreciated the handy location just a bridge hop from Auckland CBD and the Waiheke Island ferry terminal. The area also has a good variety of dining venues within easy reach.

It had the comforts of home, beds and pillows super comfy. A good size unit with desk, smart TV, aircon/heat pump. Kitchenette & Bathroom well stocked. I was super happy to find a disposable comb/brush combo in the vanity unit as I had forgot my brush. Staff members very friendly and accommodating as I needed a late checkout and invoice emailed to me.
