El Vado Motel

Old Town, Albuquerque

Situated in Albuquerque, 1.5 km from New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, El Vado Motel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Among the facilities at this property are a shared lounge and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The motel has family rooms. Everything. Room could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom at the back of the bathroom door. But thats my only criticism. I am very picky. Loved the lobby area. It was super cool!

Econo Lodge Midtown Albuquerque

Albuquerque

Just off I-40, this hotel is within 5 miles of Albuquerque International Sunport. It offers a daily continental breakfast, including waffles, and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator.

Guest rooms at the Econo Lodge Midtown Albuquerque feature cable TV and free local calls. I loved that it was right off the highway and we didn’t have to search in an unfamiliar town forever to find it. Got to it right away, and there was even a long bank of parking spaces for our very large truck towing a vehicle. Everything was in an L shape so we could see all the rooms and vehicles and it had 24hr surveillance so I didn’t worry about theft or damage. The police station is right across the street. The hotel staff were excellent! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They got us in and out quickly. Which is what we needed! The door lock/closing mechanism on our room was difficult to get shut all the way but not a big deal we just had to close it hard. It’s an older hotel, so it’s not beautiful, but it’s clean, well kept, and everything but the door worked perfectly! For a small room it had excellent amenities!! Fridge, microwave, everything! Superb value!!
