Carmel Motels

A place to rest your head. Road-trippers welcome, motels along the way.

More than 1 million people last month said they'd recommend Booking.com to their family and friends.

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

Hotels That Guests Love in Carmel
  • Room was nice although the outside looks like a motel. Staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, gave us suggestion on where to eat.

  • Definitely one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel/motel. Fresh fruit and baked goods. Excellent omelette one morning and pancakes next day. They also do the best complimentary happy hour every day with excellent wine served with a very good selection of hot and cold appetizers. If that’s not enough there are the daily fresh baked cookies available in the lobby. Our room was very clean and well appointed.

  • Pine Inn is centrally localated and close to Carmel Beach in the heart of great shopping and restaurants. We have stayed at other hotels and motels in the area but nothing compares to the Pine Inn for charm, price, beautiful rooms and on site great il Fornaio restaurant.

  • It was a boutique motel and the size of the room was large compared to most accommodations we have had for the price. Nice little area with items for eating in the room if you desired.

  • The room was clean. The motel was a nice setting, not too far from the main Street where all the shops and restaurants were. It was relatively expensive for just the one night, however, Carmel it’s self is an expensive town, so this is to be expected.
