Raj was a gem! So friendly, helpful and caring. He even gave us beach towels to use! The rooms were very clean, esp the bathroom. Bathroom looks newly remodeled. Fantastic location across from the harbor. Within walking distance to activities. Quiet at night. Great value!

The location was perfect! We loved the uniqueness of the hotel. It was a beautiful night and we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the night. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by.

    Great motel for the money considering its location, with plenty of parking—which means a lot if you know Cape Cod. The staff is friendly and they clean the rooms well. It's not new, but overall, it's worth the money.

    Great location and generally clean. You are getting exactly what you would expect from a Motel. The facilities need upgrades in the bathroom and the floors need to be replaced. At the very least the linens were clean and the room smelled decently clean.
