Location was superb, towards the edge of town, reasonably quiet. Room was exceptionally clean, everything was spot on and everything worked.. Bed was super comfy.

Clean, air conditioned, good wifi, excellent breakfast, well kept grounds, refreshing pool. (It was 100 degrees when we visited). Friendly, efficient staff.

The location and the retro decor. We needed 3 beds, and the property offers what I call a suite with 3 beds in separate rooms.

It is probably the cheapest place we stayed in the USA, and it was really good for this price. Basic room that has all the stuff needed for a one night stay. The owner is super friendly, we had a really great conversation with him. The breakfast was not mentioned in the description but you can grab coffee, some fruits and pastry in the morning, it was a nice surprise. Totally recommended!

Location is top notch- perfect for morning Zion visit. Restaurant, great gift shop, grocery, petrol station are just across the street. Convenient code entrance and room assignment. Room was super clean, fridge, coffee machine,microwave and nice bathroom with fluffy towels.
