I love the manager and staff they are so respectful , helpful and very understanding. I’ve been to 4 different hotels before this one and not one of those other hotels can top the customer service they have here ! The women who cleans the rooms is amazingggggg she needs a raise lol. The beds are super comfy I love it .

Once you are there in person everything is a disappointment. It is run down in appearance with plastic baskets outside every room. Did not experience the pool but based on the upkeep everywhere else I can’t imagine it is properly balanced or maintained. The worker on call at 1030pm who helped us was a sweetheart and did her best to resolve the issues we faced. I’m 80% confident we didn’t catch bed bugs while there so that’s a plus I suppose…
