The check-in staff (Amari’s Dendon) provided the most amazing customer experience I have ever had. She was personable, compassionate and bright cheerfulness to the end of a long drive. When our dog wouldn’t go in the elevator and had to go up the stairs to the 4th floor, she changed our room to a first floor accommodation, because of her amazing customer service, we would book a room again. Red Roof in is amazing. Amari’s deserves a raise because of her, Red Roof Inn ROCKS.💞

The staff was very polite and smiled for sure better experience then iv had in the past 😉. The front desk guy during the day time has made me feel more comfortable and welcoming to come here vs then In the past. ( Forgot the guys name ) .     I booked online and received a confirmation for the room. When we arrived, we were told the motel has no more available rooms. The man at the front desk said " we overbook to make sure we're full, we had 10 rooms available and booked 22, what are you going to do about it" His words exactly. The place was almost empty and I think he just refused to let us stay. We were a couple with two kids.

    The facility was average for what I would expect at the lower price but the occupants made me feel uneasy and they made noise late at night and early in the morning. I suspect some of these are long-term residents with families. Traffic noise is an issue on both sides of the Motel. The door lock on my first room did not work possibly due to the colder temperatures? I heard another woman cancelling her room because it smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be non-smoking.

    I canceled my reservation with the motel because they did not specify their was a security deposit required when I called. I went to check in and that's when I was told about it.
