Pat & team made us feel super welcome. The property is motel-style but with beautiful gardens in the middle and a great pool. Easy walk or cycle into PTown center, ample parking.

This was a great motel a lovely short walk down the High Street into Provincetown. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. The place has recently been refurbished and felt really fresh and clean. The weather wasn't kind enough to use the pool but it did look fab!

Wonderful stay in this ‚lands’ end‘ design hotel a little outside from P-Town. From outside rather a non-spectacular motel down a small road. But inside has a lot of ‚wow‘ moments, especially the view into the incredible marshland. Room design is very cozy and laid back. Cool staff, small but sufficient pool, lovely outdoor fireplace, easy and yummy self-service breakfast.

Great staff - Petya & Blake were so friendly, five minute bike ride to downtown, easy to park a car, easy check in/check out. No frills motel style accommodations that gets the job done.

Nice to have free parking and then ~15-20 minute to the center of P-town (commerce street). Breakfast was simple but convenient. It's a motel style facility, but the rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. It's about as nice a motel situation that you could have.

First of all this is a 1960's style Motel and not a traditional Inn, however my King room was spacious and was recently redecorated and re-carpeted, supper comfy bed, and decent bathroom. The room also had a safe which is not common in Provincetown. The property also has a pool, but as you can't buy food or drink at the property, I didn't use it. The property also has decent WiFi.
