Cheap and cheerful but very good value for money., staff were friendly enough and room was clean and comfortable. Had a fridge in the room which is a big plus. The shower was awesome! Very powerful!

The hotel is very well located within walking distance of the seafront/bay and Morro rock. It has got free and secure parking. We stayed one night and slept really well. The beds and pillows are really comfy and this was our best night during our stay in California. Our room was next to the vending and ice machines but couldn't hear a thing. The room was clean with a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea machine. There is an extra sink outside the bathroom which is really convenient for family.
Free breakfast was included, simple and nice with a choice of cereals, bread, cakes, fruits and waffles. We made some "homemade" waffles and that was delicious. Lovely and cute breakfast room simply decorated with Halloween stuff.
Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Morro Rock, this Spanish-Moorish designed Morro Bay motel offers a luxurious indoor hot tub, serves a daily continental breakfast and hosts a wine and cheese reception...

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and kind, she waited for us for late check-in. The place is clean, tidy and offers towels, an hairdryer, toiletries. The room has a tv, a microwave and a fridge.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
This is a motel, not a hotel or anything fancy. Your room faces the parking lot and you have a small room on the ground floor or second floor with a bathroom (that is a hotel). So as far as hotels go, we liked the location, the rooms were fine, the site was fine, coffee in the lobby and ice was available. Checking in and out was easy and parking was easy. We paid graduation weekend prices (2x normal), but that is to be expected in demand based pricing.
You have cleaned up this motel 6 since I last stayed there many years ago. Bed is very comfortable now.
Heather the manager is doing a great job. Office staff upon check in was very friendly and helpful.
Good choice for a stop over between San Francisco and Los Angeles, visiting Morro Bay and take some rest.
Free parking and good wifi, definitely the motel do its job.
The fairly compact room was clean, tidy and easy to navigate, with an included table by the window that came in very handy. Shower looked recently remodeled, with nice hot water and decent pressure. Bed and pillows were more comfortable than expected for a motel-style property. The room included a microwave and fridge, and there was plenty of free parking in lot. Also, very good location right off freeway and close to downtown shopping.
For what looks like a standard motel, this place has little touches that punch above its weight. Friendly staff, good breakfast including good coffee, cute outdoor seating areas (chairs on balcony outside breakfast room, Adirondack under a tree, might even be some by the creek), local newspapers.
We were able to walk Downtown (maybe 15-20 minutes), though there are also some nice restaurants just down the block.
