Excellent location and really helpful staff - we had a rough morning with car trouble (burst tire). When the fridge in our room wasn’t working on arrival, we were upgraded to a wonderful suite. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The repairman helped us with our car and we had a comfortable stay. The desk staff were so helpful letting us use their landline phone to sort out a replacement car because we didn’t have American numbers. We Liked having a microwave and fridge in the room and the spa was lovely!

Ravi at the front was so kind, great welcome helpful. The room was so nice and clean. The hotel is near every attraction like the lake and nightclub. Everything is perfect. Will be stay here again next time when we travel to Lake Tahoe.

Breakfast wasn't included however small snack was prepared to our room what was enough for fast start in the morning. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wish to visit this place during winter.
