An extremely friendly concierge greeted me; he got me all squared away and placed in one of the nicer rooms, and he was quick to help when I needed soap and towels to shower before bed. The hotel is split between smoking and non-smoking; I am in the non-smoking wing, and you can't tell there are smoking rooms on the premise.

They had free flow coffee and tea all day at the lobby and free parking. Place was very clean. They have a very nice and big lobby area that looked like a nice home and I worked there for hours overlooking a small park. I will be back! Value for money.

It is in a really convenient location to downtown night life. I call it walking distance because I like to walk. It was about 14 minutes to all the bars and restaurants to walk.
