We had a room with mini fridge and microwave and the mini fridge did not work. Called the front desk and she moved us rooms right away.

An extremely friendly concierge greeted me; he got me all squared away and placed in one of the nicer rooms, and he was quick to help when I needed soap and towels to shower before bed. The hotel is split between smoking and non-smoking; I am in the non-smoking wing, and you can't tell there are smoking rooms on the premise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had free flow coffee and tea all day at the lobby and free parking. Place was very clean. They have a very nice and big lobby area that looked like a nice home and I worked there for hours overlooking a small park. I will be back! Value for money.

This seemed more like a motel but for the price and great service it was well worth the cost. It is in a really convenient location to downtown night life. I call it walking distance because I like to walk. It was about 14 minutes to all the bars and restaurants to walk. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Helpful, pleasant staff, large comfortable room, free parking. We stayed only one night so didn't have time to judge the location in relation to the downtown or attractions but it was only a few minutes walk to a vegan restaurant which made our day.

Room was on the first floor (nice and convenient). It had every modern amenity and very nice air conditioning that provided great white noise. 10-15 minute walking distance from anything within town. Free parking was a plus.

There was nothing wrong with the property but booking.com should give a better representation of this property. It is a true motel set up ! The office is one building and the rooms are in a separate building with access directly from outside . staff was very friendly and easy check in/check out . Room was clean
