Nice host, best price, clean room, quick hot shower. Simple older hotel, no frills, but once you get what you pay for, a good nights sleep. Unlike every other hotel, it was hot day on the road on my motorcycle, the hotel had the room air conditioning already running, what huge relief, Thank You.

    The location is really great for anyone taking the greyhound bus. This is the only hotel or motel I've ever stayed in where they turned on the heat in the room before I got there. Well appreciated in that cool late winter weather. Especially notable: The manager emanated an almost spiritual dedication to his work, as if doing his job was a spiritual discipline. If everyone in society undertook their work in this manner we would live in a tremendous world.

    Perfect place to spend a night while traveling up to Redwoods from Southern California. The motel is old school, but decent staff and location makes it worth the money. Don’t expect anything fancy - just basic necessities in a small town.

    We could NOT stay it was so bad! We entered the room ..everything was old and shabby and dirty..toilet did not flushable…surrounding rooms occupied by workers with trucks and vans. We have used booking.com for our travels in the past and have always been very satisfied! This motel should not be on your list!
