This motel is super clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location close to the river. The small kitchen is well equipped and we loved the small treats left for us. Only 30 mins to Ohope Beach and even less to the Rotorua lakes. Highly recommend.

Ambiance is good of this motel and owner and host was very kind guy , clean and tidy place and good thing is no social housing people .
Beautiful motel, loved the layout and cleanliness of the room bonus of underfloor heating was also great! Kids absolutely loved the spa and the heated swimming pool. Staff were so nice and friendly. Will be coming back to stay when next in Rotorua.
I simply needed a room for one night during my trip by car in New Zealand. The location was very good, very central, there was free parking on the premises. The room was what one would expect from a motel and very good value for the money.
Clean. Awesome staff let us in early. First motel I’ve been to that topped up coffee and sugar. Shower awesome and hot. Bed comfortable as. Warm room, no need for extra blanket. Free parking right outside.
Had own single bed as no bunk beds in dorm room. good central location and good kitchen facilities. parking for 6 cars available and free parking on the road after 6 or 7pm until 9am the next day. good value for money given the location.
