Just 4 minutes’ drive from Lake Wanaka, the property features free WiFi and barbecue facilities. Sandra and her mom are SO friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. She made it feel like home. The living room was nice to relax in a rainy day. The room was big and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a perfect stay with everything we needed in Wanaka. Jaquci and Mark were lovely and looked after our luggage while we did Roy’s Peak!

Otago Business Park is 700 metres away and University of Otago is 500 metres from the motel. I stayed after having a surgery and all of the staff were so supportive and lovely. I always stay at the Sahara when in Dunedin.

Opened in January 2017, the adults only Cromwell Escape is located 3.7 km from Central Otago District Council in Cromwell and only 100 meters from the new Lake Dunstan cycle trail. Cromwell Escape features free WiFi access. Very clean room. Bed is so comfortable that you will be reluctant to leave the bed 😅 Toilet is very clean and ample hot water for long showers. Kitchenette is very well-equipped. WiFi is very strong and the TV in the room is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The lakeview is amazing! The host let us use their kayak for free 🤭
