Austin Motel is 1.5 km from Austin Convention Center and 2.5 km from Capitol Building. This motel offers free parking on-site and a swimming pool. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and shops nearby. It was great to park (free!) outside the door. I love the vintage style of the room and property. The front desk staff made me feel so welcome. I will be back.

Free private parking is available on site. bad dirty holes in floor covered up due to rot I would think. out dated falling apart. fire alarm came on 8 times in three days all false alarms woke me up always in the early hours of the mornings something wrong with the system. would not recommend this place to anyone.

The best part of my stay was the bed and shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It allowed me to fall asleep fast. The shower was great. It was strong. I don't like weak shower sprays.
