The room I reserved was not in the hotel facilities but in an alternate building. next to a gas station. we should have paid more to stay inside the hotel

Kept us toasty while the blizzard raged outside for the weekend.

We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. Free parking and local telephone calls are offered to guests of Motel Paradice. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They give the impression that they do everything for their guests. They even stopped a family who damaged our rental car with their electric scooter from escaping, saving us a lot of trouble👍🏻. Thank you so much for being such Great Hosts!

A mini-fridge and microwave are equipped in all rooms at Tahoe Hacienda Inn. The simple rooms also provide a TV and telephone. Excellent location and really helpful staff - we had a rough morning with car trouble (burst tire). When the fridge in our room wasn’t working on arrival, we were upgraded to a wonderful suite. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The repairman helped us with our car and we had a comfortable stay. The desk staff were so helpful letting us use their landline phone to sort out a replacement car because we didn’t have American numbers. We Liked having a microwave and fridge in the room and the spa was lovely!
