About This Property Set in historic downtown Beaver, Utah, just off Interstate 15, DeLano Motel & RV Park is a relaxed, down-to-earth base for exploring Southern Utah’s wide-open landscapes. OK, this is an older place. But everything worked, every light bulb, every doorlock, the fridge, the microwave, wifi and up to date TV. Even the remote's batteries were fresh. The furniture was in top condition, carpets great, heating, plumbing all worked. Paintwork good, just a few flakes off here and there. But mostly, CLEAN! Not a speck of dust anywhere, even in hard-to-reach places. Outstanding.

Offering free Wi-Fi, this motel is 1 hour 5 minutes’ drive from Natural Bridges National Monument. All air-conditioned guest rooms feature an en suite bathroom. Free parking is provided on site. Great location to stop for a night, particularly for tourists travelling between NPs like Arches + Canyonlands and Capitol Reef or Monument Valley. Nicely arranged room with wood furniture and nice hand-made decorations. Very good, non-standard breakfast!

Very cute. Liked the barn doors and country charm. Clean place as passing through. I arrived late and left early I didn't have time to see it all.

Beautifully renovated. The rooms were so nice and the bed was super comfortable. The grounds are also very beautiful. We did not have our dogs on this trip, but we can’t wait to bring them here. We want to do a doggie road trip just to come here and stay. SUPER IMPORTANT: if you do not have a dog, you can borrow a shelter dog from Best Friend’s Animal Shelter down the road to take them on a sleepover for the night which I think is the cutest thing ever. We definitely wanna do this sometime as well!!!!!
