Overall was a great experience. The staff is really attentive and professional. Highlight to Sarah that made our stay even better with all the help and tips about what to visit and helping us booking the transport to Phong Nha. We rent a motorbike that was spotless and at a good rate. Breakfast is good, good coffee, good eggs, good pancakes… Room was clean with good areas. We extended our stay one night more.

Good value, helpful staff with arranging taxi, bus tickets, etc Provided filtered water and did not use plastic bottles which was excellent. About 25 min walk to imperial city, have bikes available if needed. A good coffee shop and very good local restaurant on the river road southeast of the homestay. After checkout they allowed us to hang out in a lounge area to wait for our taxi and kept our luggage for us while we were out.

It’s been a wonderful stay at Lagom Home. I was surprised with the calmness and peace at Lagom, that was rare to find these days. We all enjoyed the beautiful garden views and birds singing each morning… we love those meals that they treat us like family and we appreciate the lovely atmosphere they created. I’m so glad to find them and stay here. Highly recommend this Home for anyone, looking for a home feeling on the road.

The hotel is good value for money. It is located behind the citadel. The staff is helpful and we could also borrow umbrellas when raining. Good coffee at breakfast.
