Staff didn’t allow me to check in as they wouldn’t accept my temporary license (just relocated interstate) I was forced to go elsewhere on foot at 9pm to find accommodation elsewhere. I had passport identification Medicare card etc but this wasn’t good enough. Shocking treatment and I’m an Accor member
I stayed here when it was Novotel in 2003 to 2005. My room is exactly the same, whilst clean it it in need of updating and not worth $931 for 3 nights. There is no room service available, which is a must to me.no streaming services. Smart tv would service this. One air conditioner did not work
parking space is limited and not accordingly hard to find the number. apartment is too small and need to shift furniture to arrange sofa bed, no space for luggage!!! bathroom shower area needs a glass door to stop water from leaking into rest of bathroom, and more hanging bars or hooks. not sure if washing machine and dryer are cleaned, tub clean and lint remove regularly. no chopping board in the kitchen!! where there are beach towels there should have clothes dryer and extra bath mat or floor mat
Staff, in particular Amanda, was good - kept us informed well before we arrived. Good Accor service, as expected.

2
Followed by a trip
