The staff dealt with an issue on check-in very well. Fadika and the young lady who worked the bar (didn't catch her name) worked hard to resolve our issue (booked a twin room but got a queen room), they both were very polite and communicated really well throughout. We were also compensated in the restaurant and bar generously for waiting on our room.

Also the housekeeping ladies are very rude and skip the rooms 5 days in a roll and the rooms were not tidy once. The lift were well dirty and the bathrooms too when we arrived. Cleanliness, comfort, great sleep as the bed is huge and so comfortable, lots of pillows, shower room is stylish and like how it is separat from toilet. They have fridge that is super cold to keep things refreshed for a drink, They have gym they have bar and restaurant facility you can go eat, just so much nice things it has to offer.
