We were lucky enough to be the guests of the day, so we had free upgrade to wonderful suite room with bathtub and some discounts and free drinks. Our little daughter was happy to get a toy and cookies. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, my husband was coming later at night and he really appreciated the 24/7 menu. All staff members we met were friendly and made our stay better, Jay, Kate, Kenneth and all the others were doing great job. Next time we will definitely book Novotel again.
