This Novotel Hotel is located in the centre of the Charbonnière Technology Park, just a 10-minute drive from Orléans. It has an outdoor heated swimming pool, a children’s playground and meeting rooms.... We were on route to the South of France and so we were just staying one night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke great English which helped as our French is a little rusty. The room was adequate clean and comfortable. We spent a few hours at the pool which was a good size and then ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was really good and so was the service. The breakfast was really good with so much choice, pastries, fruit, fresh bread, cooked sausage and egg and a range of yoghurts, cheese , ham and cakes. All the family was catered for. Parking is ample and also easy to access.

The location (1.2 km away from the old town), the size of the room (we got a family one with an amazing view), the minibar in the room for free, the free of charge, spacious parking and the politeness from the staff, especially at the reception and at the breakfast.
