George and his wife are one of the most wonderful people I've met in Greece. You'll understand once you get there. The hotel is in a quiet place where you can get a good rest after a full day of pedalling. At 5 minutes walk you'll find at least 2 restaurants. The building is old but well maintained. When you enter the hall and hear that smooth pianos music playing in the background, while George approaches you and starts talking on the voice of a good man, you'll ask yourself whether you're on "the other side" :) I'll never forget that moment.
