The staff spoke good English and was very helpful. We would highly recommend booking a private dinner in your room for at least one night where you'll get overwhelmed by the enormous diversity of the Japanese cuisine. The rooms were very clean and cozy, having a private onsen just outside of the room is the main highlight of the stay. The onsen is right outside on the deck with trees surrounding it, it creates a soothing and tranquil experience.
