It was directly in front of the train station. Very close to universal studios. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Large choice for breakfast. Really nice views of the river and the park on the other side.

Good facilities, including washing machine and dryer. The onsen was great - I was the only guest there on a weekday afternoon. There was a steam sauna room as well. I liked the massage chairs and free ice-blocks. The room was comfortable and quiet. Location was good - just 4 minutes walk to the Kitahama subway station and the Kitahama Plaza supermarket.

We were very impressed by this hotel and the facilities. The location was perfect, right next to Dotonbori, was close to the station to get to Nara, and also close to Namba station to go directly to the airport. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was serviced to a high standard each day with clean pyjamas left and drinking water replenished. What I really loved about this hotel was the onsen, sauna and cold pool. It was very beautiful and relaxing. They provided lots of complimentary items in the onsen area including hairbrushes, hair bands, and ice lollies, as well as a complimentary massage chair. Between 9.30pm and 11pm the hotel also provides free noodles, which we only had once but it was a nice extra. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Very glad we booked this place.

    The hot spring onsen was a bonus. We needed an interconnecting room. The hotel is right outside a metro entrance. Relatively easy to get Osaka Castle, Aquarium and Dotonbori.
