Dinner was amazing and the staff and service was so attentive. Anzono our waiter for our dinner service went above and beyond. When one of us had to leave dinner before dessert to make their massage appointment, he offered and prepared a plate of the full dessert on a tray to be taken to the room for enjoyment afterwards.

it’s a hotel for relaxing in the 4 shared Onsens are fantastic 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. Food was amazing on the hotel if a little expensive Good size room Basement has a Pool Table and Table Tennis table which hadn’t played in years The view from the roof top Onsen at night is just as per the photograph -awesome

ALA HOTEL KYOTO is super awesome. First of all, the location is near Kyoto station, probably 5-minute walk from train station. Secondly, all the shops you want are around the hotel, such as convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants. Moreover, the bus stop is not far away so that you are able to take bus to any attractions in Kyoto city. Finally, there is a nice and clean public restroom on the top of the building. In conclusion, I highly recommend ALA HOTEL KYOTO to everyone and I will definitely stay with the hotel again.
