Loved the integration and cohesion of modern and traditional Japanese design. It is upscale, sophisticated and very serene. I felt the lobby intentionally and successfully reminded me of sitting around a Kotatsu. I really loved the room and the low Japanese-Western seating area. The property is convenient located while just a bit tucked away to not be on a busy street. The onsen was very lovely. Staff are extremely welcoming, and helpful. I’d be back in a heartbeat.

A lot of nearby restaurants and shopping areas with a konbini directly connected to the hotel lobby. The room we got was very spacious and had comfortable beds. It also had its own washing machine which was perfect for a 6-night stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. Will definitely come back next time.

Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from. The location wasn’t too bad.

Spa at 25th floor is fantastic. I really love it. 2,000 JPY a day for overnight parking fees was a bit too much for hotel guests.

I love how spacious the room is and how many amenities are available. The tub was amazing! The Jets made us feel so relaxed. And it was wonderful that they included bubble bath. We were also surprised at how many movies they had in english. The room service was also very delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
